Husham has over 8 years of experience in the finance, accounting, and tax field. Before starting to work full-time in CST Advisory, Husham worked at the MIRA for three years where he led tax audits of medium and small businesses. After leaving MIRA, he worked at the Treetop Health in their early days and Allied Insurance Company respectively bringing in a unique set of experiences including, financial planning and management, business analysis and strategy, ERP and IFRS implementations and investment management etc. He is passionate about startups and is keen on helping businesses grow and frequently advises small and medium business at their growth phase. He has been providing tax consultancy and advisory service during the past few years as a freelancer.

Husham is a Chartered Certified Accountant and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Institue of Chartered Accountants of the Maldives (CA Maldives).

Outside of work, Husham likes programming and works on his own passion projects. Furthermore, he likes reading books and frequently meets friends and industry specialists to discuss the latest developments in the industry.
